Since 1981, Pensacola Habitat for Humanity has been committed to creating homeownership opportunities in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. In today’s challenging housing market, we are taking extra steps to provide additional quality, affordable homes for individuals and families in our community.

We are excited to announce our newest option, Open Market Housing. These award-winning homes have specific income requirements but are not part of our traditional Pensacola Habitat for Humanity Homebuyer Program. Use the graph below to see if you qualify for the Open Market Housing options!

PLEASE NOTE: Pensacola Habitat for Humanity does not provide home financing. Purchasing through our Open Market Housing option will require financing through a third-party lender of your choice. For a list of preferred lenders, click here.
