Connected Communities is a resident education series offered by Pensacola Habitat for Humanity and facilitated by the Neighborhood Revitalization department. The 6-month series offers local guidance and support from community leaders in how to advance change and impact the community. Attendees from neighborhoods across Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties convene to learn how to lead and influence needed changes in their community while connecting, networking and learning best practices from other resident leaders.
Last year’s Connected Communities series strengthened attendees’ sense of advocacy abilities and skills, while also providing a powerful networking opportunity and personal and professional development. The 2019 Connected Communities series will build on last year’s series will continue to bring some wonderful tools and resources to our community.
All Connected Communities sessions run from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. Locations will vary. Call Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s Neighborhood Revitalization Department at 850-434-5456 for questions or more information.
