The Habitat Program

Pensacola Habitat for Humanity builds new homes and rehabs existing homes. Habitat works in partnership with homeowners-in-progress, volunteers and the community at large to achieve its mission of strengthening the community by providing low-income families with safe, decent and affordable housing.

How The Program Works

In addition to meeting our general eligibility criteria, potential HomeBuyer Program participants must meet Habitat’s three other criteria for need for affordable housing, ability to pay the monthly mortgage for a Habitat home, and willingness to partner with Habitat by fully participating in the program.
