Pensacola Habitat for Humanity Programs

Homebuyer Program

We believe that everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to call home. To realize this vision, we collaborate with individuals and families from the all the way from the application process through construction and until the keys are handed over.

Northwest Florida Community Land Trust

The community land trust is an effective alternative to renting for lower-income households seeking the stability of homeownership. The NFCLT builds neighborhood stability, housing equity, and community strength by fostering a healthy mix of housing types, sizes, and prices, affordable at the local wages. This program is an extension of our Homebuyer Program.

HUD Housing Counseling

HUD Housing Counseling services are available to anyone who needs assistance managing their individual or family finances, balancing income and expenses, budgeting, managing debt, improving credit history, saving for future goals, and preparing to purchase a home. Group and one-on-one options are available.

Community Development Program

Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s Community Development Program works to preserve homeownership for residents of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. The Community Development Program offers assistance programs for critical home repairs and other services that enhance quality of life.

Applications for this program are currently closed.

Open Market Housing

In today’s challenging housing market, we are taking extra steps to provide additional quality, affordable homes for individuals and families in our community. These award-winning homes have specific income requirements but are not part of our traditional Pensacola Habitat for Humanity Homebuyer Program.

Pathway to Homeownership with Escambia County

In partnership with Escambia County, Pensacola Habitat is selling homes to eligible buyers at or below 80% Area Median Income. This is completely separate from the traditional Pensacola Habitat Homebuyer Program.
