Who Qualifies for Counseling?

 

HUD Housing Counseling services are available to anyone who needs assistance managing their individual or family finances, balancing income and expenses, budgeting, managing debt, improving credit history, saving for future goals, and preparing to purchase a home.

Upcoming Homebuyer Courses:

(all classes 8am-4pm)

The 8-hour class costs $50 to attend. Breakfast and lunch is provided.

Group Education Classes


Sign up for our HUD-approved 8 Hour Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Course to get all the education you need about the homebuying process! This course is open to anyone looking to buy a home, and will cover topics like selecting the right insurance, establishing and maintaining good credit, what to expect during the homebuying process, the closing process and more!

How do one-on-one counseling services work?


Currently, we are not offering our one-on-one counseling services. But this service will return in the near future. Typically, our housing and financial counseling services are available both in person or virtually. To schedule an appointment complete our “Contact a Housing Counselor” form below. One of our HUD Certified Housing Counselors will contact you within 24 business hours to review your financial goals, how we can help, and to schedule your appointment.
