What is the Weatherization and Repair Assistance Program (WRAP)?
Pensacola Habitat for Humanity Weatherization and Repair Assistance Program (WRAP) is administered by Pensacola Habitat for Humanity in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. This is an income eligible and need based loan program that will help homeowners save on their utility fees by offering a no-interest, subsidized loan for weatherization, or a combination of weatherization and repair. This program is mainly designed to address repair and weatherization of windows and doors, insulation of attics, wall receptacles and some other barriers and elements within the house. There is a limited fund per application.
Am I Eligible?
Under PHFH guidelines, households must meet income eligibility requirements as shown in the following table and must be able to afford and commit to paying up to 60% of the total repair cost over a 5-year period.
