The Pensacola Habitat Food Truck Festival Returns in March
Pensacola, Fla. - Pensacola Habitat for Humanity will be hosting their fifth annual award-winning Pensacola Habitat Food Truck Festival on Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13 at Community Maritime Park in Pensacola, Fla.
In the community’s best interest, this festival was rescheduled from its original 2020 date. Since then, Pensacola Habitat for Humanity has been working hard to plan a safe, unique event during these difficult times in order to continue raising funds to support their mission of building homes, communities, and hope in the Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.
“Our committee members are excited to put on our fifth food truck festival after what has been a particularly devastating year for some of Pensacola Habitat’s homeowners and our larger community. With safety as our top priority we are getting ready to host the most delicious, mouth-watering event in downtown Pensacola this spring. We hope you will bring your family, friends and appetite to enjoy all your favorite food trucks and more,” said Casey Kuktelionis, Pensacola Habitat Food Truck Festival Committee Chair.
Community members can stay up to date on the Pensacola Habitat Food Truck Festival by playing along in Pensacola Habitat’s “Habi-Hints Challenge.” Each week Pensacola Habitat will release a ‘habi-hint,’ or clue, to the public regarding exciting, new elements of the festival. Participants will be entered into weekly drawings to win various prizes. Visit Pensacola Habitat’s Facebook Page for more information.
Without help from local sponsors, the Pensacola Habitat Food Truck Festival would not be possible. WEAR Channel 3, Cox Communications, Cat Country 98.7, Visit Pensacola, Community Bank, Buffalo Rock, Clear Title of Northwest Florida, Synovus Bank, Scott Westmark-Allstate Insurance, Baptist Healthcare, Anchor Pest Control, Installed Building Products, City of Pensacola, Clark Partington Attorneys at Law and Central Credit Union of Florida are all integral to making this event a reality. Profits from this event will directly support Pensacola Habitat for Humanity and the participating food trucks.
