We’re Pensacola Habitat for Humanity!
Since 1981, we’ve built over 1,650 homes in the Escambia and Santa Rosa County areas. We help families find strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. But our impact goes beyond building houses. We reach wide across the community, with various programs and services aimed at transforming communities, one homeowner at a time.
Everyone deserves a decent place to call home.

14 affordable homes for sale in Escambia County!
In partnership with Escambia County, Pensacola Habitat is selling 14 homes to eligible buyers at or below 80% Area Median Income. These homes will be selected and sold to buyers in order of approved applications. This special, limited program is not the same as the Pensacola Habitat Homebuyer Program. Explore the homes currently available for purchase through this program. Sales are processed on a first-come, first-served basis through the application process.

Habitat for Humanity was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home — a mission deeply rooted in Christian principles of service, compassion, and community. Since its beginning, churches and faith communities have played a vital role in building homes, hope, and partnerships around the world. Your congregation or place of worship can join this life-changing work through hands-on volunteering, financial gifts, or by spreading awareness. Whether swinging a hammer, sponsoring a build, or praying for families, there’s a place for every heart and helping hand in our mission.
